Beef-Vegetable Soup

- soup meat and bones
- 1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- egg noodles
Directions

1Place soup meat and bones in large pot of cold water; bring to a boil and skim off the scum which comes from the meat and bones. Then cut up the soup vegetables in small pieces and add to meat and bones.

2Add the can of crushed tomatoes and seasonings.

3Cook for 2 hours.

4Serve cooked egg noodles in soup.
