Beef Vegetable Soup

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 small can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1In a large saucepan, brown beef.

2Stir often to keep broken apart; drain off excess fat.

3Add 1 quart of water, potatoes and salt to meat; cook until potatoes are tender but not done.

4Add all remaining ingredients; simmer for about 20 minutes.

5May need to add more water if it is not soupy enough.

6Can add 1 cup of egg noodles if you like noodle soup.

7Cook them with potatoes and meat.
