- 2 lb. beef for stew, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
- 1 envelope (about 1 1/2 oz.) onion soup mix
- 8 c. hot cooked spaghetti
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except spaghetti and cheese, in 3-quart casserole.

2Cover tightly and microwave on High (100%) 15 minutes; stir.

3Cover and microwave on Medium-low (30%), stirring every 30 minutes until tender, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.

4Spoon sauce over hot spaghetti.

5Sprinkle with cheese.
