- 6 oz. sirloin beef
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 thin slices ginger
- 2 gloves garlic
- 1/4 or less c. vegetable oil
- 1 or 2 c. vegetables
- 1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Remove any fat and cut across the grain into thin slices.

2Cut the broccoli spears and section into individual pieces.

3Heat the wok until hot and add the oil.

4Wait until the oil is hot and add the beef and stir until beef changes color.

5Add the vegetables and stir for 2 minutes.

6Remove the contents to drain the excess oil. Heat the wok and add first mixture.

7Add the drained beef and vegetables and stir lightly.

8Once the contents begin to boil the sauce will thicken.

9This is due to the cornstarch in the beef. Toss lightly and remove to serve.
