- 1 lb. cubed beef
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 chopped onion (small)
- 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Cook beef in melted butter for 15 to 20 minutes or until light brown.

2Add onion, mushrooms and soy sauce.

3Cook slowly for 10 minutes.

4Add water.

5Cook for 20 minutes on low heat.

6Makes own gravy.
