    Heat the oil in a pan, over high heat.

    Add beef and cooked it until is brown (no more then 6 minutes). Then add little butter for better taste at the end of cooking.

    Prepare pepper sauce in other pan. Melt butter in pan and add onion and garlic.

    Stir ingredients for a while and add whole pepper and beef broth to the sauce.

    Add heavy cream, salt and pepper and cook sauce 10 minutes.

    The final food serve with beef, potatoes, asparagus and pepper sauce.
