Beef With Peppers

Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 c. soup stock
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
- 1 c. onion rings (optional)
Directions

1Heat skillet; add oil and crushed garlic (optional).

2When garlic turns brown, remove.

3Add beef; cut in small, thin pieces and fry a few minutes.

4Season with salt and pepper.

5Add soup stock and continue to cook a few minutes.

6Add mixture of cornstarch, soy sauce and water.

7Cook until sauce thickens, stirring slowly.

8Add green pepper and onion.
-
9Add ginger, chopped fine.

10Heat thoroughly and serve hot.

11Serves 4 to 6.

12May be served over rice or chow mein noodles.
