Watermelon Salsa

- 1 M-L seedless watermelon finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion finely chopped
- 1 or 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (more or less)
- 2 bunches chopped cilantro (more or less)
Directions

1Mix watermelon with red onion in a large bowl.

2Add balsamic vinegar (to taste) and cilantro (to taste).

3Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. The longer you leave it, the longer the flavours can dance with eachother. For festive occasions, serve the salsa in the watermelon shell.
