Watermelon Salsa

  • 1 M-L seedless watermelon finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped
  • 1 or 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (more or less)
  • 2 bunches chopped cilantro (more or less)

Directions

    Mix watermelon with red onion in a large bowl.

    Add balsamic vinegar (to taste) and cilantro (to taste).

    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. The longer you leave it, the longer the flavours can dance with eachother. For festive occasions, serve the salsa in the watermelon shell.
