Beefaroni Pot Luck

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. chopped meat
  • 1 to 2 green peppers, sliced in strips
  • 1 to 2 large onions, sliced
  • olive or salad oil
  • 1 lb. ziti or spiral macaroni
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with meat or marinara

Directions

    Using a 13 x 9 x 2-inch roasting pan, add enough oil to cover bottom of pan and heat on top of stove.

    Add pepper strips and sliced onions.

    Cook on medium heat.

    Break up chopped meat and add to onions and peppers.

    Meanwhile, cook macaroni until done (slightly firm).

    When chopped meat is browned, add sauce.

    Mix all together.

    Let cook 5 to 10 minutes, turning heat down.

    Drain macaroni and add to pan.

    Mix together and cook through.
