Beefy Bacon Rolls

  • 1/2 lb Lean ground beef
  • 4 slice Bacon
  • 16 slice cheese of your choice (8 thick, 8 thin)
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • 3 Mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 1 salt and pepper for beef (or seasoning of your choice)
  • 1 packages crescent rolls

Directions

    Cook bacon and set aside.

    Fry beef with mushrooms and salt and pepper (or seasoning of your choice).

    Unroll crescent triangles on baking sheet.

    Add a thick slice of cheese, bacon, beef mixture and green onions to each triangle and roll up.

    Place a thin piece of cheese on top of roll.

    Cook stuffed crescent rolls as per the package instructions and ENJOY!
