  • 1 medium size onion, chopped fine
  • 1 (7 oz.) box elbow Creamettes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano (optional)

Directions

    In skillet or saucepan, brown beef and chopped onion, stirring until done.

    Cook Creamettes as directed on box.

    Combine with tomatoes and Creamettes in saucepan and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
