  • 1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 1/4 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • wide egg noodles
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.

    Drain well.

    Stir in parsley, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper.

    Reduce heat to low; simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add noodles; cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until noodles are done, stirring occasionally.

    Serve with cheese melted on top.
