- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 ounces shell pasta, uncooked
- 2 14 cups water
- 1 (15 ounce) jar salsa con queso (mild, medium, or hot depending on personal taste)
- 1 -2 teaspoon chili powder (more or less to suit your taste)
Directions

1In a skillet, cook ground beef until no longer pink.

2Drain.

3Return ground beef to skillet.

4Add shell pasta, and water.

5Bring to a boil.

6Reduce heat and cover pan.

7Simmer pasta and beef for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender and water is absorbed.

8Remove from heat.

9Add salsa con queso and chili powder and mix well.
