- 4 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 strips bacon
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer, at room temperature
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Cook bacon and crumble.

2Mix all ingredients together.

3Spoon into greased muffin pans until each is only half full.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes (or until golden on top).

5Makes 24 biscuits. (Freezes well for later.)
