  • 4 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1 (12 oz.) can beer, at room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Cook bacon and crumble.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Spoon into greased muffin pans until each is only half full.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes (or until golden on top).

    Makes 24 biscuits. (Freezes well for later.)
