  • 1 whole fryer
  • 1 (12 oz) can of beer
  • salt pepper
  • Tony Chachere's
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • seasoned salt

Directions

    Use beer at room temperature.

    Pour about a inch out and place can upright on cookie sheet.

    Cut any excess fat off of chicken.
  4. 4
    Cover chicken with spices listed above.

    Place bottom open cavity of chicken on beer.
  6. 6
    Cook on grill on low for at least one hour or place on cookie sheet in oven (350) for an hour. Yeast in beer moistens chicken.

    Remove chicken carefully from oven and use tongs to remove from can.
