- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer
- 4 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Prepare pan with oil or butter.

3In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and beer.

4Mix with a wooden spoon until well blended and sticky, about 1 minute.

5Then pour mix into prepared loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes.

6Take out and pour melted butter over bread.

7Put back in oven for 30 more minutes or until done.

8Take out and cool in pan.

9Remove from pan and slice. Serve with butter.
