- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 bottle room temperature beer
- 1 egg yolk
Directions

1Mix together the flour and sugar. Stir in the beer, using a fork. Beat egg yolk. Grease pan lightly. Put in dough mix and then spread the beaten egg yolk over the top of the dough. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
