- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. boiling water
Directions

1Pare carrots; put in casserole.

2Cream the butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon.

3Add boiling water; blend well.

4Pour over carrots. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
