  • 18 small carrots
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. boiling water

Directions

    Pare carrots; put in casserole.

    Cream the butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon.

    Add boiling water; blend well.

    Pour over carrots. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
