  • 3 c. self-rising flour (see note below)
  • 3 heaping tbsp. of sugar
  • One 12 oz. bottle or can of any beer, preferably one that has not been refrigerated
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 375°.

    Grease loaf pan.

    In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and beer.

    Stir the mix for five minutes, until it's smooth and bubble free.

    If the mix seems dry and hard to stir, splash a little water.
