- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 6 garlic cloves, finely sliced
- 1 small onion, finely sliced
- 12 prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 tomatoes, sliced
- lettuce
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
Directions

1Thoroughly mix the cumin, cayenne pepper, lime juice, Tabasco and oyster sauce in a bowl.

2Heat the butter in a small frying pan and fry the onions and garlic for about 5 minutes until just turning golden. Add the prawns and stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes until pink.

3Put the contents of the pan into the bowl with the sauce and mix thoroughly. Serve on a bed of lettuce with the tomatoes and sprinkle over the fresh coriander.
