- 1 (12 oz.) can beer (room temperature)
- 3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Place beer (still sealed) in a bowl of hot water in an upright position.

3In a mixing bowl, place flour, sugar and eggs; add beer all at once.

4Stir just enough to mix well.

5Pour batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour.
