- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer
- 1 c. flour (regular)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix the sifted self-rising flour and sugar. Add beer.

2It should be at room temperature.

3Mix with spoon. Pour into loaf pan (small) that has been greased with butter. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.

4Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
