  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 12 oz. can beer (room temperature)

Directions

    Stir flour and sugar together.

    Add beer and mix well, approximately 25 strokes.

    Pour in buttered bread pan and bake in oven at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.

    This bread will be heavy.
