- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- water (to desired consistency)
- 3 George Washington broth or 2 Vegex cubes
- 1 can choplets (reserving juice)
- 3 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 small pkg. frozen peas
- single crust for an 8 x 8-inch pan
Directions

1Make gravy using first 5 ingredients plus juice from choplets. Let simmer.

2Peel and dice potatoes and boil until tender.

3Peel and slice carrots and boil until tender.

4Dip choplets in flour and brown in oil; cut into cubes.

5Add vegetables and meat to gravy in an 8 x 8-inch pan and cover with a crust.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
