  • 3 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 bottle (12 Oz. Size) Beer
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease your loaf pan.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Put honey in the microwave for a 10-20 second to liquify. Using a wooden spoon, stir the beer and honey into the dry ingredients until just mixed. Don't overmix.

    Pour batter into pan and brush the top with melted butter.

    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until top is golden brown and a toothpick/knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Bread is best when served warm.
