  • 3 cups self rising flour
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 12 ounces room temperature beer
  • 14 cup melted butter

Directions

    Beat beer, flour and sugar til smooth.

    The batter will be the consistancy of cake batter.

    Bake in a WELL GREASED AND FLOURED pan at 325* for 40 minutes.

    Pour the 1/4 cup of butter over the loaf and bake for 20 minutes more.

    Do not microwave the beer to warm it from the fridge.
  6. 6
    It kills the yeast.
