- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) beer, at room temperature
- 1 egg
Directions

1Sift flour and sugar together.

2Add beer and egg.

3Don't knead or use metal bowl.

4Dough will be sticky.

5Put in greased loaf pan and let rise 2 hours.

6Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.

7Makes 1 loaf.
