- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer (room temperature)
- 7 Tbsp. melted unsalted butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine flour, sugar and beer in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

3Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Spoon 4 tablespoons melted butter evenly over top.

4Bake for 20 minutes.

5Brush top with remaining butter.

6Continue baking until top is golden and tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
