- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer, room temperature
Directions

1Mix flour and sugar.

2Add beer and stir well.

3Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.

4Cover and let rise 1 hour or until double.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until lightly brown.

6Makes 1 loaf.
