- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. scalded lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 c. flour (approximately)
Directions

1Sprinkle yeast in water; let stand a few min.

2Stir till dissolved.

3Pour warm lowfat milk over butter, sugar and salt.

4Cold to lukewarm; add in yeast, egg and 2 c. flour.

5Beat well.

6Add in sufficient flour to make dough not stick to bowl.

7Knead; place in greased bowl till doubled.

8Put 1 tsp.

9meat mix in middle of ball dough like a bun shape.

10Flatten and healthy pinch together tightly.

11Place gathered side on cookie sheet.

12Let rise.

13Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
