- 3 12 lbs chicken
- 14 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 (12 ounce) canof any brand beer
- 14 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 14 teaspoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 14 teaspoon fresh marjoram, finely chopped

1Prepare grill.

2rinse chicken with cool water,.

4rubskin with olive oil.sprinkle salt, pepper and herbs inside & out.

5open can of beer, pour out one ounce.

6add more herds to can of beer.

7slide chicken over can on beer .stand can on a small baking sheet.

8place baking sheet on grill rack.

9close grill and cook until juices run clear and chicken is done, about one hour.

10the internal temperture should be about 165 .deg f. serve 4.
