  • 2 cups finely grated sharp cheddar cheese (about 8 oz.)
  • 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons vegetarian worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 12 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 13 cup pilsner beer, room temperature

Directions

    Place cheeses in food processor.

    Add Worcestershire, mustard, paprika and garlic powder.

    Add beer slowly, blending until mixture is smooth and spreadable.
