  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 12-34 cup beer
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 12 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 12 lb jalapeno jack cheese, grated

Directions

    Place onion and garlic in food processor.

    Process until finely chopped.

    Add 1/2 cup beer, ketchup, and mayonnaise.

    Process and add cheeses and process until smooth.

    For a smoother consistency, add remaining beer and process.
