  • 8 to 10 chicken breasts or your favorite part
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • juice from 8 medium lemons or 1 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper

Directions

    Combine butter, beer, lemon juice, garlic salt and lemon pepper.

    Pour over chicken and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. Grill chicken, brushing sauce over pieces as you turn them.

    Grill about 15 to 20 minutes per side.
