- 36 chicken wings
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 garlic clove, mashed
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 c. beer, at room temperature
- 1/4 c. butter or oil
Directions

1Combine soy sauce, pineapple juice, garlic, onion, ginger, brown sugar and beer.

2Cook on low until sugar is dissolved (this is your marinade).

3Place chicken in a large bowl and pour marinade over the chicken.

4Let stand one hour at room temperature or 3 hours in fridge.

5When ready to cook, drain off marinade and save.

6Cook chicken in butter or oil, turning often, then add marinade and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
