- 1 c. Buttermilk Biscuit mix
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. beer, room temperature
- 12 1/4 inch cubes of cheddar cheese
- Paprika
Directions

1With a fork, combine the biscuit mix, oil and beer, stirring until mix is moistened.

2Using a level tablespoon, spoon into greased muffin pan cups.

3Press a cheese cube into the center of each so the cheese shows.

4Sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake on a rack below oven center at 450° about 8 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted off center comes out clean.

6Serve at once to preserve the malt flavor.
