  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 14 cups bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 12 teaspoons instant yeast

    Place all ingredients in machine in order recommended by the manufacturer.

    Select dough cycle.

    Remove dough to a floured board and let rest for 15 minutes.

    Divide dough in half.

    Meanwhile heat oven to 400*.

    Roll out dough or press into pans.

    Partially bake (10-12 minutes) before adding toppings.
