- 6 to 8 boneless loin pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
- 1 small onion
- 1 celery stalk
- 6 oz. beer
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown chops in skillet; drain.

2Brown chopped onion and celery in same skillet.

3Add soup, mushrooms and beer; bring to a slow simmer (do not boil).

4Place chops in crock-pot and pour soup mixture over.

5Salt and pepper lightly.

6Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.

7Excess gravy can be used on mashed potatoes or rice.

8May also be made in oven.
