Ingredients

  • 1 to 1-1/2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 can beer (any kind)
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 4 carrots, quartered
  • 4 stalks celery, quartered
  • 3 onions, quartered
  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 potatoes, quartered
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Flour, to desired thickness

Directions

    Mix salt, pepper and flour.

    Add stew meat.

    Saute stew meat in a little canola oil in large soup pot.

    Add beer and canned soup.

    Stir.

    Add veggies and remaining ingredients.

    Cook until meat is tender and veggies are done, approximately 2-3 hours.
