- 2 lb. pork shoulder, diced (fat to brown it)
- 1 can beer
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 4 onions, quartered
- 2 c. bouillon
- 2 c. cooked potatoes (big chunks)
- 1 3/4 c. cooked carrots
- 1/4 c. flour/water to make paste
Directions

1Brown pork.

2Add beer, water and rosemary.

3Simmer, covered, 30 minutes.

4Add onions and cook 30 minutes more.

5Meanwhile, cook potatoes and carrots (salted) together until done.

6Add these and bouillon to stew pot.

7Blend flour and water to make a paste and add to stew.
