Beer Stew(Pork)

  • 2 lb. pork shoulder, diced (fat to brown it)
  • 1 can beer
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 4 onions, quartered
  • 2 c. bouillon
  • 2 c. cooked potatoes (big chunks)
  • 1 3/4 c. cooked carrots
  • 1/4 c. flour/water to make paste

Directions

    Brown pork.

    Add beer, water and rosemary.

    Simmer, covered, 30 minutes.

    Add onions and cook 30 minutes more.

    Meanwhile, cook potatoes and carrots (salted) together until done.

    Add these and bouillon to stew pot.

    Blend flour and water to make a paste and add to stew.
