  • 1 or 2 lb. beets, cut into cubes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. onion soup (dry)
  • 1 c. Burgundy wine

    Mix together; put in covered casserole with tight lid and bake at 300° for 3 to 4 hours.
