Beet Greens

  • 1 bunch Beet Greens
  • 1 whole Small Diced Onion
  • 1/4 cups Margarine Or Butter
  • 1/4 cups Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • Pepper

Directions

    Saute diced onion in butter in a frying pan until onion is translucent.

    Thoroughly rinse beet greens (or else they will be gritty) and cut off any roots (it's okay to leave any beets though).

    Break up the beet greens into any size you wish.
  4. 4
    Put in covered frying pan with onions, vinegar, and water. Steam until cooked to your taste.
  5. 5
    Top with freshly ground pepper!
