- 1 bunch Beet Greens
- 1 whole Small Diced Onion
- 1/4 cups Margarine Or Butter
- 1/4 cups Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- Pepper
Directions

1Saute diced onion in butter in a frying pan until onion is translucent.

2Thoroughly rinse beet greens (or else they will be gritty) and cut off any roots (it's okay to leave any beets though).

3Break up the beet greens into any size you wish.

4Put in covered frying pan with onions, vinegar, and water. Steam until cooked to your taste.

5Top with freshly ground pepper!
