  • 3 c. beet juice and water
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt (scant)
  • few sticks of cinnamon
  • cloves
  • beets

Directions

    Cook beets until tender;

    peel the beets.

    Boil remaining ingredients and add cooked beets.

    Pack into jars and seal.
