  • beets
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 2 cups water

Directions

    Boil beet until done. Cool and peel. Set aside. Bring all other ingredients to a boil. Add beats and boil for about 10 minutes. Pack in sterilized jar and seal.
