- 1-1/2 c. Vinegar
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Dry Mustard
Directions

1Cook Beets until tender.

2Peel Beets.

3Drain Beets and keep the Beet Water.

4Combine the Ingredients and pour the mixture over the sliced beets; bring to a boil.

5Put in jars and seal.
