- 1 med Beet root dark
- 1 med Piece bottle gourd
- 1 sm Onion
- 1 sm Tomato
- 1 sm Potato
- 1/2 tsp Sugar Salt, pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Whipped cream, (1 to 2)
- 1 tsp Minced basil or possibly coriander
Directions

1Clean, peel and chop vegetables into large chunks.

2Pressure cook until soft.

3Cold, blend in mixie and strain.

4Add in seasoning except minced coriander and cream.

5If you like, serve chilled with soup sticks.

6Or possibly Serve piping warm with warm garlic rolls.

7In either case add in a swirl of cream and some minced coriander on top in each bowl.
