- 1 qt. thinly sliced Irish potatoes
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Put the potatoes into a baking dish.

2Pour over them half the melted butter to which the seasonings have been added.

3Bake in a hot oven until potatoes are half cooked.

4Stir lightly; add remainder of butter mixture and continue to bake until potatoes are tender and the edges are brown and crisp.

5Serves 6.
