- 2 2/3 c. all purpose flour
- 2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 eggs
Directions

1In a a large bowl combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt.

2Mix well.

3Heat milk, water and butter until warm (120 to 130 degrees; butter does not need to melt).

4Add to flour mixture.

5Add eggs. Using electric mixer, blend at low speed until moistened.

6Beat one minute at medium speed.

7Cover bowl with plastic wrap and foil.

8Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

9Pour on waffle iron and cook until browned.
