Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) French-style green beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) white whole kernel corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) green peas
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Put together beans, corn, peas, pimento, celery, pepper, onion and cheese in large bowl.

    Bring to a boil the sugar and vinegar and cool.

    Then add oil, pepper and salt.

    Add all this to bowl. Mix good and seal in airtight bowl.

    Refrigerate.

    Will keep up to 2 weeks.
