- 1 c. finely cut celery
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 (16 oz.) can small red beans
- 1/2 c. red pepper, chopped fine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. dark vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat until sugar dissolves, then let cool and pour over vegetable mixture.
