  • 1 (16 oz.) can French-cut green beans with pimiento
  • 1 (16 oz.) can LeSueur peas (baby early peas)
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 c. finely cut celery
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 (16 oz.) can small red beans
  • 1/2 c. red pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. dark vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Heat until sugar dissolves, then let cool and pour over vegetable mixture.

    Let stand in refrigerator for 8 hours and serve.
